Commercially-insured patients (United HC, Aetna, and other) may opt to see us “out-of-network" without a membership.

Our two MEMBERSHIP programs are as follows:

Medical Membership:

Our office participates with Medicare Part “B." In order for Dr. Klapowitz to provide highly personalized, unhurried healthcare, we ask that you enroll in our Medical Membership program.

Through this program, Dr. Klapowitz and his staff are able to spend whatever time is necessary to get to know you and address all of your medical needs.

Dr. Klapowitz’s staff will reach out to you to set-up periodic HEALTH CHECK-INS. These remote visits are comprehensive medical and living circumstance reviews with you and your family by phone or video. Well examinations are important, but they only come once a year. These check-ins provide further scheduled time to review your general health, your individual medical issues (even if they not pressing) and give family further time to be involved with your care (if that is what you want!) Concierge Membership:

Through Concierge Membership, Dr. Klapowitz provides you with enhanced communication routes (personal cellphone/personal email), the ability to schedule hours before and after our usual business day (9AM to 5PM), and Travel Medicine services.
